100 pounds gone

Started  this journey September, 2015 at 330 pounds. Surgery date was March 14, 2016 at 308 pounds.

Today I am 230 pounds. From size 28 to 16. Shoe size from 10 to 8 1/2. I jump out of bed every morning, I can run up and down stairs, I do water aerobics twice a week. I had my first horseback riding lesson on a beautiful show champion arabian.

My wife gave me a gift certificate to fly in one of those little open air two seater putt putt. We will fly out to the coast and follow the Pacific Highway for awhile. Always wanted to do this but was too fat. But not anymore!!!

I rode 400 miles on my motorcycle On Sunday and was raring to go another 100. I haven't been able to do that in quite awhile.  My wife was tired. Ha!

What will I do when I get to my goal, wherever that is? Whatever I want to!!  I am 61 years young~~ and ever so grateful. Shed buckets of happy tears today.
