I would stay away from tomato (lots of sugar), potato, and other starchy soups. stay with clear broths and cream of chicken/mushroom etc. add in plain prot powder

What supershopper said.  Lots of cream-based soups, meat/poultry-based, broths, low-glycemic veggies, etc.  Stay away from potatoes, noodles, carby veggies, etc.

And remember: low-fat doesn't mean healthy.  You need fats now more than ever to keep your skin, hair, cells etc happy.  And a lot of things that are labeled low-fat have lots of added sugar and chemicals to make them edible.
