Hiya Menu Pals! I am off to a late start this morning. Sunday was so relaxing that I guess I just let it bleed into today and forgot to actually set an alarm last night. Whoops. Anyway, I need to make this quick!

QOTD: Is there anything on your bucket list that you have been waiting to do until after you lose weight? I was trying to think of something adventurous that weight may have been holding me back from, but the 1/2 Marathon is the only thing that I can think of. I'm pretty boring

20 months post op / (haven't weighed myself yet, today!) / maintenance diet

B: Fit Frappe Mocha & egg

S: 1/4 c chicken salad

L: 4oz leftover steak tip

S: Fage Greek Cherry Yogurt

D: tbd - probably a cheeseburger (no bun) or ham

Totals without dinner: Calories: 488 / Protein: 60 / Carb: 26

Vitamins: Patches (D3, Multi & Iron) Oral (2 Slow FE Iron)

Exercise: 4 mile run after work

  • High Weight before LapBand: 200 (2008)
  • High Weight before RNY: 160 (2015)
  • Lowest post-op weight: 110 (2016)
  • Maintenance Weight: 120 (2017-2019)
  • Battling Regain Weight: 135 (current)

Morning!

Well, today is the day! Thanks for all the congratulations, and tips and advice over the weekend. Lunch is packed, meals are prepped and first day nerves are setting in haha.

Qotd: lots actually. Canoeing, kayaking, zip lining, more challenging hikes, skydiving, water parks, and on and on she goes!

Menu:

B: protein shake

Lunch taco meat with chopped veggies

D: pork tenderloin or steak.

S1: egg cup

S2: yogurt.
