This is the link https://gettespo.com/bariatric-womens-complete/ I'm wondering if it's worth it I mean they have it so you get all the vitamins you need. I'm thinking of asking my nutritionist about this and my surgeon.

I read about it - IMO - it is expensive long term and it does not provide all what we need.

I would suggest doing a side-by-side evaluation using the nutrition labels from Unjury O'Purity vitamins and the Tespo bariatric vitamins.

You will be taking supplements for life, so if this is something you can afford and enjoy trying, why not?

You can always go back to pills if you are not happy with the Tespo. It looks like something I would like, but I do not want to make the financial commitment.

I compared them to the Bariatric Advantage Multi's and they are pretty much similar. I may just try it out if I don't like it I can always cancel it.

This would pay for 3-4 years of the multi vitamin I take because I would still have to supplement B12, heme iron, D and magnesium, which are the ones that cost me money.

I don't subscribe to the whole bariatric vitamin thing because I know I need to take some stuff in excess of what they all have to offer.

The ASMBS recommends that we get 200% RDA of all vitamins and minerals. The product you've linked does NOT provide that for most items on the nutrition info label.

It looks like a cool idea that is in reality a spendy gimmick. The standard one is perhaps okay for non-WLS with extra money to help them take their vitamins. Most WLS folks have higher/different RDAs anyway, and figure out how best to manage taking them, spacing out iron/calcium, etc. YMMV of course, but for me I'd give this a pass :)
