Hello my fellow AMAW/CAMAW Peeps! Here we are on our 4th All Meat All Week challenge! Day 1 - here we go!
Hi I am Daisy and I am your MC (Meat Coordinator) and I challenge you this week to stick to your AMAW or CAMAW menus, post pics of what you are eating and tell us how you are doing! At the end of the week I tally up how everyone did and I crown a Meat King & Meat Queen (some have done this several times and asked to not be judged but just participate). At then end of the week on Friday I want to hear it you lost weight, lost inches and kicked your carbs to the curb!
3.7 years post op RNY - I am eating CAMAW
B: decaf with Premier Protein & can of tuna with balsamic dressing
L: 1.5 chicken sausages
S: 2 babybel
D: 4 slices of Longo's deli turkey breast + 2 slices swiss cheese + honey mustard
S: skyr vanilla yogurt + 2 baby bel before bed
TOTALS: 1145 calories, 148 protein, 27 carbs NOTE: my calories & protein are higher than usual, this always happens on AMAW, don't fret if your calories are higher, since you are eating just meat you will lose weight!
Don't forget the MIRALAX (Restoralax), or whatever it is you use to go the bathroom, trust me you need it!

i am doing CAMAW. The only non meat food though will be my premiere protein shakes and cream in my coffee.

Forgot to add, hubby decided to do the challenge this week too! Whichim pretty excited about! Although challenging when i was pulling meat out of the freezer, trying to guess what a normie all meat meal serving would be!
Last AMAW week one of our menu posters had her whole family do AMAW and her family who are all "normies" lost a ton of weight, I think her son or husband lost something like 13 lbs for the week! So glad your hubby is joining us, that's wicked!
Ya what is a normie serving anyways LOL LOL
can't wait to hear how hubby does...and love 'a normie all meat serving' ...I would go triple the first round and see how it goes :)
