What a bonkers week! I have tons of posts to catch up on! And I actually slept in this morning! Well, slept in for me haha.

What's everyone got planned this weekend? We went to the cfl home opener for Ottawa. It was a lot of fun, I'm not huge into sports, but live events, I enjoy.

today we're heading to my parents to see my dad. He had knee replacement surgery, so we'll go hang out for a while. And check on the hops!

qotd: I was thinking while I was at the game, how fun it was (people in front of me were definitely not having fun, but that's a different story...)

whats the most recent thing you've done, just for fun?

Accountability: I Did not plan proper meals, so that has to change. I only eat on plan, but still. It shows on the scales.

Menu:

B: premiere protein

L/D: depends on what's happening on the farm...

Hi All!

I'm in Chicago for the conference. I was a little heavy on calories yesterday (but not over my allotment) when I went to the opening reception last night. I made healthy choices there (beef kabobs, fresh fruit with yogurt), but ended up going over my calorie budget. Crap!! The plan was to stay under (and hopefully well under) these next few days. I was really mad at myself. So I went to a convenience store afterward and bought lots of yogurt, beef jerky, a couple small bags of nuts. This is what I'll be mostly eating the next few days. Need to get control of this.....

QOTD: the sad thing is, I can't even remember anything I've done just for fun recently. Ugh! I need to get with it here! I was just thinking last night that I'm in the middle of a three week or so cram - SO MUCH going on right now. Should be ending in another couple of weeks, though. Whew!

2 years out:

B: yogurt

S: coffee with half & half, protein shake

L: beef jerky

D: maybe I'll pick something up that's safe (like hummus & raw veggies?). Having beef jerky for two meals isn't sounding too great right now....

Morning RNY'ers!! So I'm at my sisters already to start the weekend birthday festivities.

Qotd: well today and tomorrow will be 'just for fun' so I'll have to update you in our fun afterwards.

197 today, 25 months out!

meals are up in the air. I ate a Greek yogurt with berries a little bit ago. I brought 2 protein bars with me. Wanted to bring Protein powder but reached in the box to find it was empty. I have my water bottle so I'll stay hydrated no matter what we do.

I'm glad that it's Saturday. We don't have big plans but I'm happy for the chance to relax and just hang out.

Today I do plan to go for a long walk and hopefully for a swim, so that's good.

The scale was happy with me the last two days. I've been a bit worried that the pounds haven't been moving as much, but I keep coming back to the fact that I'm eating right and exercising and thing will happen in time.

Yesterday I ate on plan except that we went out for dinner and I had my crab cake and some asparagus instead of ordering shrimp. That put the calories up a little but still definitely on plan.

QOTD: I guess the last thing that I did purely for fun was going to the MD Sheep and Wool Festival. It was a ball and I enjoyed my volunteer time.

Breakfast: 2 oz turkey breast

Snack: Fuzzy Navel protein shake

Lunch: TJ's chicken salad

Snack: 2 oz ham

Dinner: salmon, broccoli

Exercise: 5-6 mile walk, swimming

HW: 248+, SW (RNY: 2/28/17): 244, GW (10/17): 125; LW: 115; 45# regain (19-20); CW: 135.6; new goal: 135; Plastics: Ext mastopexy, Ext abdominoplasty-5/18/2018; diagnosed w/ gastroparesis 11/20.
