Pretty much any kind of chocolate-I'm there, but white chocolate is my very favorite. Milk is my 2nd favorite. The Lily's Sweets milk chocolate bars are so,so yummy, but so,so dangerous. It's good that they're hard to find locally. I refuse to order chocolate online. I will order lots of things online now...but chocolate isn't one of them.

I've been trying for months to perfect home made white chocolate made with a stevia/erythritol mix....it's closer than it was, but still has a long way to go. I jokingly refer to it as "rustic artisan" white chocolate because while commercially made chocolates are smooooooth-mine are ROUGH looking!

I woke up in between a memory and a dream...

Some of the best cookies I've ever had were the ugliest looking things...

So I bet the white chocolate - while rough looking - is pretty good, and I love that you're adventurous enough to try to make it healthier! (I am NOT a baker AT ALL)

HEY

After work dropping DH off at his truck, he took it by a mechanic yesterday but they ended up doing nothing and wasting his and my time. So, he is going to pickup the grocery order. I've done the kroger grocery store online thingy many times now and I do really like it. it costs 4.95 and I am very thrifty, but they load free product coupons on your card so you end up getting free stuff, plus it makes it easier to do your coupon match ups and saves oodles of time. PLUS you don't have that impulse buy when you are in the store. well worth 4.95 to me. I am going from the mechanic to a restorative yoga session which is going to be the bomb. Plus after, I'm getting my paddleboard!!! I've been waiting and talking about it for over a month or more so sorry if you are sick of hearing about it. its blue and white (which blue is not my fav color) but anywho. It is used and those boards are sooo expensive!

EDITED for QOTD: in order, dark, milk then white. my fav would be any kind of choc with peanut butter! followed by chocolate with marshmallows and whipping cream.

today's plan is decaf, decaf, miralax

prot pancakes

veggies (cooked up a spaghetti squash i grew in garden, then made a veg hash of cabbage, carrots, tom and spices) kind of reminds me of a polish side di****hought it would go with a LOT and hate waste.

not really sure what else (I'm out of gizzards until the store run)

accountability: while i have not stopped my nighttime eating, i'm only allowing meat/prot pancakes/mug cakes/yogurt and no out of plan items OR trigger foods. seems to be working and the scale went back down. still not at my 'lowest' but im going with it and trying not to beat myself up.

the surgeon told my husband that i should be eating 1200 calories and keep protein as high as possible so I've really be focusing on that.
