Looking for recipes!

Hi! I'm new to "this" forum (have always posted in Canadian Forum)...anyways, I'm almost 6 months post-op and am looking for new recipes to try!

I tend to stay between 625-700 calories/day, 30g carb or less and 90-100g protein

I don't have any food intolerances, yet, but do not eat potatoes and/or grains

So if anyone has anything to share I'd be appreciative!

Also, read the daily menu thread here. When something looks interesting to you, you can ask for the recipe. That's where I have gotten several great recipes.
