What's on your menu today (Tuesday) RNYers?

Good morning menu folks! We're back to the work week with a shorter week ahead.

QOTD: What kind of music do you like? Do you like to listen to the radio or an online service such as Spotify or Pandora? I usually have my car radio on classical for the calming while driving. But when I am working out I listen to a Google Music soft rock station.

Menu:

Breakfast: hard boiled egg, 2 oz ham

Snack: Grape protein shake

Lunch: TJ's chicken sausage

Snack: 2 oz turkey breast

Dinner: BBQ chicken, cauliflower

Exercise: 45 minutes on the treadmill, deep water aerobics

HW: 248+, SW (RNY: 2/28/17): 244, GW (10/17): 125; LW: 115; 45# regain (19-20); CW: 135.6; new goal: 135; Plastics: Ext mastopexy, Ext abdominoplasty-5/18/2018; diagnosed w/ gastroparesis 11/20.

Good morning! Where is everyone early this morning? I am WFH today and in the office the next 2 days on a project I enjoy. Much better than dealing with reorganization issues! Watching Hurricane Irma - I hope everyone in its path is going to be okay. After what happened with Harvey and the projection for Irma it feels like 2004 again.

QOTD: I listen to country music - the modern stuff which is more of a crossover. I listen to it mainly when driving (especially when I drive 3-4 hours round trip for work).

17 months post-op (maintenance) - 65 or less work days to retirement.

B: eggbeaters, cottage cheese and Canadian bacon

L: tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese

D: leftover 1/2 burger (?) and veggies

S: protein bar

Good morning! Back to reality today... I managed to leave work on Friday with my inbox EMPTY, and over the three day holiday it's already crept up to 125 unread. I will never win...

QOTD: About two years ago my favorite radio station folded, and since then I really don't listen to much music in the car--just podcasts and audio books. When I run, I listen to my own iTunes library with fast paced beats.

I'm excited for my yummy salad for lunch today!

Exercise: nothing at all... I have mega-commutes between schools that will keep me in the car for 5+ hours today :(

Yummers on the salad! Ugh, emails. One hint I did was put a rule on that all emails where I was only copied on automatically went into a folder. That helped with the clutter, and I dot to them when I could. Generally they were the CYA sort anyway, and didn't require any action on my part.

 Height: 5'7".  HW: 299, Program starting weight: 290, SW: 238, CW 138 - 12 pounds under goal!

Morning!

time to get back into work mode...Had a great weekend, not sure Im ready for it.

qotd: I listen to a lot of different things depending on my mood or activity. Folk and classic country for cleaning. Pop and dance for working out.

While cooking, its often based on what I'm cooking, but Nina Simone, Cesaria Avora, are in high rotation, or bosa nova.

driving is often 90s.

i use Spotify or CBC music, or YouTube.

accountability: well, there was popcorn at the ball game, but it fit in overall.

menu:

B: premier and coffee

L: leftover porkchop

D: leftover pork chop

S: Thai tuna with cream cheese.

getting really close to 200 pounds lost, so I'm going to try and keep things as low carb as I can and see how it goes.
