Iron

Looking around for Carbonyl Iron , my Sundown Perfect Iron is no more. I have to find the Iron cheap and have good quanity. I use to take 4 Perfect iron and night was just told to take 3 a night. I'm still on last bottle of my Sundown Perfect Iron quanity 200 bottle, this was affordable. I have a fixed income so I can't just spend a lot of money for a months worth. Does anyone have any ideas?

I have excellent results with ferrous sulphate. It is cheap and it does not give me constipation.

I started in 2014 with one tablet a day and increased to two tablets a day after a year.
