Hi!

I am getting my fiber in naturally via low glycemic index/load fruits and veggies. For example raw and cooked celery (is anything more fiberous than a tree or bamboo?), raw and cooked carrots, raw cauliflower, raw and steamed broccoli, canned bamboo shoots, pears, turnips, parsnips and berries.

It takes some work but I TYPICALLY do not get constipated IF I do all 3: 1) eat enough unsaturated fats (olive oil, veggie oil, liquid oil), 2) run, walk or do step class (bouncing around), 3) drink coffee (it is allegedly an irritant that "activates" your bowels), and 4) drink lots of liquids.

You just got to find what works for you.

Do we have qualifiers on the Yogurt? Plain only, or can we add a sweetener? I was thinking that if protein drinks are allowed maybe we could mix a little flavored protein powder into our plain yogurt?

Sweetner is fine (but not add-ins like fruit). I'd be on BIG trouble otherwise!

Hi Teena and everyone,

I'm going to sit this one out. I'm just trying to get better from this darn flu and hopefully getting my appetite back soon.

Good luck to everybody!
