Sorry - usually don't post on the weekends.

I loved the experience; many thanks to you three for arranging this for us. I lost 2.8 lbs. in the five days and found it to be quite easy to stick with. I usually have berries with my Skyr and switched to DaVinci syrup quite liking the taste. Since I'm only 7 months out and protein rich in my diet anyways, it wasn't hard to keep carbs low. I would try it again and maybe try strictly meat.

NP: A lot of people don't post on the weekends, which is why we were giving it a couple of extra days. Sounds like you did well!

Did awesomeand lost 3 lbs. Carried it through the weekend. Glad I did. Found my measurements from a couple of months back and have lost 2 inches off my hips. VERY happy about that and FEEL much thinner and not so puffy. I have broken the carb and snack addiction but sure was tough at the beginning but was able to persevere. I feel back in control and am making every effort to stay there.

I haven't been here most all of last week... but I had cabbage at some point last week, and from there I had more veggies... I flunked my first CAMAW... sigh.

On the upside, I didn't use it as an excuse to totally throw in the towel, and I was careful all week!

The towel almost got tossed big time on Friday, but it helped that I was helping run this one (I felt obligated to stick to plan)!!!!

So Sorry! I never get on the computer on weekends either so didn't see this. I'm very excited about the results of last week's CAMAW.

Starting weight 159.4

Saturday weight 156.1

Today's weight, while still doing mostly CAMAW, with some veggies, 153.9! YAY. 4 more pounds and I will, once again, be a "normal" weight.

It was a great experience, and gave me a wake up call to change how I was eating, and reset my carb meter.

5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!
