Good morning and welcome to Tuesday. We are so excited about our road trip!

Gratitude Day 2! Thinking about driving- I'm thankful for all the room I have in the driver's seat now! Charles asked me why he always has to adjust the seat now but for some reason it's way more comfortable to pull it forward now that I have the space.

Accountability was not good at dinner last night but the rest of the day was good. We had butter chicken and I had naan bread with it. Carbs were on the high side.

Also I was wondering if anyone can help with the menu thread for the next 3 days. I can do it but it would be a bit later and I'd feel bad keeping all of you waiting. Please let me know.

Another crazy day as we are getting ready to leave tonight. Scale was up again this morning and even though I know this stall will break it's a bit (LOT) discouraging. I was 172.1 this a.m and my lowest is 168. :( It is that time so I know that's a big part of it but I have to say that being this weight as I start vacation is freaking me out. Anyway today is a cafeteria day and then clean out the fridge for supper lol.

Vitamins will all be taken.

Have a wonderful day everyone!

RNY Jan 12, 2017 Lost 137 lbs but regained 60.

77 lbs lost and counting!

Losing the regain! I got this!

qotd; i do the same especially the last year. I pull up the seat closer to the wheel. also put my purse in the SEAT with me and it is HUGE! still plenty of room.

so - we have a home to go to! I am unsure of if the electrical outlets work and i THINK the toilet flushes. there is no heat and air. BUT it is a house and it is solid. if at least SOME of the outlets work, then we can have space heaters and a baby fridge and a bed! oh there is also no kitchen so i suppose we will be 'camping' in the house like squatters and I will be cooking in the instant pot and toaster oven? hahaha

its's so funny to think about - it doesn't make me sad at all. excited.

food for today:

last of chicken veg soup

leftover tilapia last night

leftover pork roast

hmmm- not sure what else. I'm out of my yogurt. grocery pickup tomm thru clicklist. might go to aldi tonight after my dr appt. see the hematologist today for 6 month check up. iron was fine last time. b-12 also.

Good morning!!

Big meeting this afternoon so I will be happy when that wraps up. We are ordering delicious catering from a local bakery so I must be strong!!

Gratitude: in terms of driving I'm grateful to be more comfortable in the car. We got a van so room isn't an issue, but on long drives I don't get as uncomfortable. Also, I can tuck my feet up on the seat when DH is driving. Way better now!!

Post-op two years, eight months.

Breakfast - protein bar

Snack - egg

Lunch - beef leftovers

Snack - pepperoni and cheese

Dinner - tbd

Snack - protein shake if needed

All water and vits.

Happy Tuesday! DH and I are in Charleston. Wonderful city so far (arrived yesterday and are here until tomorrow morning). We had the best BBQ I've ever had last night (except for pulled pork once by someone who is on OH). DH and I split a meal and still only ate 2/3rds of it!

Gratitude Day 2: I am grateful for being able to wear some shoes which had been too tight. Though I still wear the same size (big - size 10 even though I'm only 5'3"), some shoes were uncomfortable. I did a sweep of the closet last week for donations and discovered that I can wear some shoes that I couldn't wear comfortably before!

1 year, 8 months post-op (maintenance).

B: They have ham and cheese croissants for breakfast - can I eat just the insides and skip the remainder??? If I do, I can supplement with cottage cheese (have some in the cooler)

L: tuna fish, pickles and cottage cheese

D: ? (at a restaurant).

S: protein chips maybe - I'm kind of constipated from traveling so I may skip snacks

Good Morning Teena and Menu Family!

Gratitude Day 2: Since we're talking about driving, I think my NSV would be getting in and out of the car so much easier now. I can hop right in and out where before when I was MO it was a struggle to haul my body in and out of the car.

Accountability: Protein - 61, Calories - 1,135, Carbs - 135.

B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt

L: cheesy ranch chicken

D: beef pot roast

S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt, banana, 2 Atkin's peanut butter cups

E: Walking Blossom around the subdivision

Have a FANTASTIC day everyone!

I love having more space behind drivers seat. I have adjusted my seat 3 times. Loving that.

Good morning. Oh boy yesterday was a looooong day. Sometimes keeping 2500 students alive (let alone learning) is harder than you might think. Hoping today is easy peasy.

QOTD: Grateful that food is not all I think about anymore. If I had "bad" food in the house it used to literally call my name until I ate it. I am continually surprised that I can have chocolate in the house for months and forget it's there.

Accountability: Good, but no run (see above for explanation of crazy day).

I'm meeting people for pizza tonight so I am going to stick with the toppings.

P.S. If no one else is up early I am happy to start the thread :)
