Same as everyone else, 30 minutes minimum and usually closer to 60 minutes. Sometimes I get busy and forget, but other times I feel too full from eating especially dense protein and will wait until I feel ready.

30 min usually but if I'm feeling still full I'll wait longer.

This is me... 30 minutes, unless it's something that has left me still feeling really full at 30 minutes, then I'll wait until I start to feel less full... but at least 30 minutes minimum.

It depends on what it is, how much I ate, and how much more i need to eat that day to meat my protein goal. After dense proteins - unless is a digestive tonic in a rather small qty I wait at least 30-60- min.

With slider foods - I may wait 10-15 min only. A steak, or sausage - at least 60 min.

With some homemade "keto bread" (higher in fiber) at least 60 min.

I wear an Apple watch and I have a short cut to a 30 minute timer. I hit as soon as I remember post food.

in the early stages we were told 30 minutes, but once I moved to solid food, they told me an hour if not longer (the longer the better). I wait at least an hour - it's just habit now. Although most people on here are told 30 minutes.
