Birthday 'Cake' Alternative with PHOTO

This weekend I turned 46! Wheee! My girlfriend knows that I eat protein forward, low carb, low sugar, and low fat...but BIRTHDAY! She is used to baking something special for special occasions so I figured she would be frustrated by my food choices and maybe try to come up with an artificially sweet 'treat'. SHE BLEW MY MIND!

It was truly touching that she is supportive and helping me celebrate without feeling like I am missing out on anything. Having family who are not just putting up with your food changes but who are really your cheerleaders is a huge thing. I am so grateful!
