ugh - even the *thought* of moving stresses me out! I promised myself after we bought this house 20 years ago that I was NEVER MOVING AGAIN. The only exception is when they have to take me a nursing home. I'm so sorry you're having to go through this - and yes, it's overwhelming!!

Thank you for your kind wishes! It actually wasn't hard to keep on the straight and narrow this Christmas! I just sent anything off plan home with my guests!

Good morning from frigid Illinois. Since it is 13 feels like 0 I will be doing the treadmil today. How fun--not! I also need to clean out the refrigerator and do laundry too. Accountability was good yesterday with no extra bites taken. Post op 5 years 4 months weight at 119.4 today. Heres the food for today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz crab salad 1/2 c diced tomato D 1/2 c chicken tortilla soup with extra chicken 1/2 c green beans S protein bar. Have a great day everyne,stay warm and make some smart choices!

Poor Karen and Lily! Winter is really hard for getting out and exercising. I used to not mind it, but now I am cold all the time and when it is windy, I am miserable. Glad you have the treadmill option, though!

I?ve been doing terribly with the holidays. I was rewarded with a loss for my final weigh in for my evaluation, but I feel like I gave myself too much license to ?relax and enjoy the holidays.? I haven?t gained it all back, but I have some. And now I?m going to be anxious about my A1C being low enough for surgery. If it?s not one thing it?s another! My worrying is probably for nothing as my A1C was a 6.5 at my last test (needs to be under 8 for surgery)

qotd: no traditions, I?m heading home to have a girls night with my mom. We?ll likely both be in bed before midnight lol. My mom always makes a nice prime rib dinner on New Year's Day

breakfast: protein shake

lunch: heading into work and they?re providing, I just don?t know what. I?ll take a yogurt just in case

dinner: enchiladas with low carb tortillas

HW: 340 SW: 329 Goal: 170

Good mroning everyone!! I am looking forward to a lovely weekend. Today we are headed to the beach with the dogs. Our Corgi , Lucy is pretty much completely blind now and we don't know how much time she has left. We can't go to the dog park anymore because she can't be off leash around other dogs because they startle her when they get too close. She loves the water and hopefully will still be able to enjoy it today. This afternoon I am going to see Star Wars with DS and I'm looking forward to the movie and spending time with him.

QOTD - The plan is to pick up some dungeness crab for dinner and attempt to make it to east coast New Years, but I doubt I will make it!

Accountability - good another pound down.

b- coffee w/hc x 100.... one may have had a few little squares of 100% dark chocolate, omg good.

d-ham something...or protein pancakes

Oh my - how insensitive of me!! It was very cold and we didn't stay long although I doubt that will make anyone feel bad for us!
