Hi, all. I'm sure no one will see this post, but I'm doing it for accountability. I wa**** with a ton of requests (aka demands) as soon as I walked in and am just getting a chance to post. I have to say, I feel bad looking out the window today. It's a balmy 68 right now. I'm hoping that the cold spell you all are experiencing breaks soon and you can come out of hibernation.

JBQOTD: Easy question for me. A toss-up between Gilmore Girls and The West Wing. Plop me into either and I'd be happy.

My plan:

B: leftover NY strip steak

L: Chicken and zucchini

D: it was supposed to be meatloaf, but I have a bunch of leftover smoked salmon from brunch yesterday, so I'm thinking lox, eggs and onions. High protein and super easy to throw together after the gym.

S: 1/2 a quest bar or mini kind bar before the gym (because of blood sugar issues, they still won't let me on a spin bike without checking my blood and eating a snack before I walk in the room) and likely some freshly roasted pepitas.

E: Spin. It's Tuesday theme night. Tonight's theme -- Boy bands.

It's been a while since posting and I know it's late but I'm here. LOL!

Accountability: On plan but still have been struggling with the darn scale moving. I've started to change things up such as low cals one day and back to a little higher the next day.

QOTD: The show has been off the air for a long time but I would've loved to have been hanging out with the M*A*S*H crew.

B: 2 eggs, turkey sausage, 1/2 slice of cheese

L: 3oz turkey breast

S: 2oz turkey breast

D: 3oz tialpia, 1 1/2oz italian sausage

S: ostrim eat stick

Cals:668, Carbs:6, Protein: 96

  1. Pre- Surgery/ Type 2 Diabetes, High BP and Cholesterol, treated with 6 medications, including Insulin. Post Op- low dose BP med 2022, Mounjaro 10/2023

HW - 299 , Consult day weight - 277, Day of surgery ( 11/19/2014) - 259,LW - 178, GW - 195, CW- 194.2 - reached goal
