Stalls
I'm almost 6 weeks post-op and I'm just coming out of my first stall. (It came late and lasted long.) I was just wondering, how often do stalls happen, and how long do they typically last?
It varies. I only had a few stalls that never lasted more than 2 weeks when I was in the losing phase. Just make sure you are really following your plan the further you get out. I think some people start to eat more calories (or more carbs) along the way and claim it is a "stall" but they just got lazy about following their plan.

I only weighed in once a month for the first 6-7 months so that kind of helped with the stalls. I'm sure I had them but they weren't so noticeable. As long as you stick to the plan the weight will come off
Now that I'm at a normal weight I get on the scale once a week.
I did the same during the weight loss period. I didn't want to deal with my inevitable head games around stalls.

I am almost 5 moths I have been at a stall for a week or so. HW was 393, SW 348, and CW is 260. I started going to gym recently and have hit a stall. I presume I probably am loosing inches. Made the mistake of not doing measurements. I have to get another tape measure. Then I will start doing measurements. I started this process wearing 34/32 pants. I am currently wearing size 24. How do you get a stall to stop?
Stalls are normal. If you eat on plan at a calorie level below maintenance (and track to be sure), eventually your body will release the weight.

I still have not even hit 1,000 calories a day yet. I still struggle to get all my water, Vitamins and protein in.
