Morning weekenders!

Welcome to Sunday funday! What's everyone doing today?

yesterday was too cold to take my nephew outside for very long, so we ended up doing some shopping.

Qotd: Anyone else have to bring three different sizes with them to the changing room? So strange how our brains are processing the changes isn't it? Throw in how inconsistent sizing is in stores, and I'm thoroughly confused when trying to shop!

accountability: great. We ended up going out for breakfast, and I ordered a smoke meat and cheese frittata , it was huge! I'll be eating leftovers for days. Dinner ended up being Greek take out, so I had some meat, tatziki, and a bit of salad. So tasty.

menu:

B: coffee and premier

L: leftovers from yesterday

D: tbd on what meal prep happens today.

have a good one!

Good morning! Today is laundry, errands, making chili and watching the SuperBowl. Go Patriots!

QOTD: If I go to a store like Old Navy or buy from LandsEnd, I know exactly what my size is. But if I go to a store with multiple brands, I definitely take 2-3 sizes to try on. I bought a bathing suit a few weeks ago and the one I bought was the smallest of the 3 I brought to the dressing room (same style). It was the last one I tried on. I was sure it would be too small.

1 year, 10 months post-op

B: eggs, cottage cheese and Canadian bacon

L: Tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese OR leftover pulled pork for yesterday's lunch.

D: Vegetarian chili

S: Nut thins and hummus

I totally read your snack of 'nut thins' as 'thin mints' lol.

And I interpreted your Go Patriots as Go Eagles! Crazy mind tricks

Good morning menu peeps! Lily and I have our 4 miles done and I'm getting ready for church now. I'll do another mile this evening after dinner dishes are done. I've got housework and probably laundry to do this afternoon. No fun here! Accountability was great as I was busy since hubby took me to a bluegrass concert at a local hall. Post op 5 years 5 months and weight at 117.8 today. QOTD now I pick the right size in stores but it took my brain 4 years to adjust. What's fun are vintage clothes. There was no vanity sizing then so I may be an XS top in 2018 but in 1980 clothes I wear a size medium. Heres the food plan for today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 1 c creamy chicken and veggie soup(broth first then chunky stuff)D 31/2oz baked cod 1/2 c sweet potatoes S sm apple with 1 T peanut butter. Have a great day full of smart and conscious choices everyone! Now off to find some coffee!

Good Morning Erin and Menu Family!

I will be at a funeral today for my Sister-in-Law's mother and spending time with my brother, Sis-in-law and their kids. I made ten flower arrangements for the funeral yesterday! I also painted "Mom", "Grandma", "Wife", "Sister", etc. on the containers in calligraphy. Doing the flowers was a huge project but I'm so glad I was able to do something to help out. Here's a picture of a few of them.

QOTD: Yes, sizes vary a lot.

Accountability: Yesterday I ate very little because I was so busy with arranging the flowers. Protein - 59, Calories - 788, Carbs - 53.

B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt

L: ham & cheese sandwiches at the funeral.

D: Not sure, will probably go out to eat with family

S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt, banana, 2 Atkin's peanut butter cups

E: Not sure yet.

Have a great day everyone!
