oh yea - that would be horrible!! I had to step up about two feet (my rescuers each grabbed an arm to help me - but I probably could have done it myself). No way that would have worked when I weighed 372 lbs!!

I got stuck in our elevator one morning as I arrived for work. I didn't care, but I would have if it was at day's end. I wouldn't want to be stuck here on "my time" hahaha....

It was only about 45 minutes of people messing around to fix it and I was good to go. Luckily I'm not claustrophobic, I'm just glad I didn't have to pee!

I was worried about that, since I'd just had about a quart of coffee and a pint of water! If I'd been in there much longer than ten minutes, we might have had a problem!

Being stuck in an elevator is one of my biggest fears. Glad it all went OK at the end. So sorry about the stocks, def not a good day for sell all.

Good Morning menu friends!

I'm already tired today and it's only 9am lol! My husband and I got up and went to the gym at 5 this am, my son didn't feel like going so I had to go back home and get him for school and shower and get ready for work, dropped him off, got gas, and picked up some groceries. Now i'm at work.

QOTD: I have been getting more sleep since my surgery that's for sure. I don't wake 10 times a night to pee like I used to. We put on a tv show last night in bed and I think I made it 15 mins in before I crashed. Our alarm goes off at 4:15 every morning. Typically 5-6 hours of sleep I guess.

B: Leftover chicken and zucchini from dinner last night and 1/4 of an apple.

L: Supposed to have a drug rep bring lunch, but I brought stuff for egg salad just in case it gets cancelled.

D: No idea..leftovers of some sort.

S: Either a premier protein drink or a quest bar.

QOTD: Ahhhh sleep. Last night sucked eggs. My shoulder was hurting so while in theory I was sleeping for 7 hours, I was constantly waking up. Left to my own devices I am a night owl. I could easily get a second wind and be mopping my floors at midnight or 1 AM. Since the new year I am trying to be more disciplined with my sleep. Going to bed earlier, even if I stay on my phone- but I am in bed and will turn off the light, and getting up between 6:30 and 7.

Accountability- yesterday was good, and today the scale is up 2 pounds. Yeah me. Only got 2 of my 3 bottles of water in.

B: Usual Latte, scrambled eggs, cheese, siracha, bacon on low carb tortilla

L: Salad w/protein, avocado

D: Roast Beef w/ mashed cauliflower - never made it last night.

Snacks: Protein w/cashew milk, greek yogurt, 1/2 orange

EX: PT and maybe some trampoline time. I haven't done that in awhile, we will see if my shoulder can handle the jumping.

The dreaded calories good but weight up... Really hard to accept it even when you know it will resolve.

G'morning all. Supposed to be nice and sunny here as soon as it gets light.

I am actually a morning person. In bed around 11:00 and up around 6:00. If "forced to" I'd rather get up early and take care of business than stay up late. I'm pretty useless, brain-wise, after 9:00 pm.

Accountability was good yesterday. I am learning a lot from all of you, what to stay away from, even though I'm still in the losing fase.

B: protein shake

L: chicken meatballs + broccoli

S: yogurt or cheese

D: Crockpot curry chicken

E: today is weight training day - 60 minutes

QOTD: I used to be an extreme night owl, but some how I've changed and now I go to bed around 10 pm and get up around 5 or 6 am. I often take an afternoon nap.

Accountability: Protein - 68, Calories - 1.080, Carbs - 91.

B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt

L: sloppy joe

D: ham & cheese

S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt, banana, 2 Atkin's peanut butter cups

E: Depends on the weather.

Daisy, you can read minds haha! I am 100% struggling with the carb monster again. Pretty sure that's part of why I've been absent lately. I don't want to be honest about what my menu's been like the last little while. Still trying to get over this depression and that one little bite of something sweet has completely got me off the healthy wagon. Ugh... back to CAMAW again to get it out of my system

qotd: I try to get at least 7-8 hours each night. Sometimes I'm lucky if I get 4 or 5. It all depends on what's going on in my life. I'm definitely not a morning person and I set multiple alarms on my phone just so I can hit the snooze button a few times and not have to worry about sleeping in too late. I'm usually only a night person in the summer when we have sun pretty much 24/7. The middle of the day is when I'm at my best productivity for sure.

l: leftover pulled pork or tuna packet

d: chicken sausage

s: Greek l&f

e: my knee is STILL killing me but I got my butt on the elliptical today. Hopefully that doesn't make it too angry.
