Sorry you hurt your back! Hopefully you will find some relief. I can relate to the carbs issue too! So hard to break free once you slip a little.

QOTD: I love to swim but not with anything other people. I think I would ******vous wreck if you put my in a place where there could be sharks. I get worked up if a bug is on me! Now, if we could assure that I could just look at all the pretty sea life and none of it would touch me I'd be all in!

Accountability: I did pretty well yesterday but I switched out dinner. We ended up going out and they had a special I have always loved and haven't had since surgery. It was eggplant parm. and really worth the extra carbs at the time. However, today I'm feeling it and hoping to avoid the leftovers.

B: coffee and premier protein

S: fage yogurt with pb2, leftover meatball, hot chocolate

Sorry you back hurts Daisy! What trying one of the creams with Lidocaine in it? I hope you get some relief soon! Yes, I agree that Tylenol sucks!

QOTD: I have gone swimming with stingrays in the Caribbean on my our honeymoon. It was incredible! Hell no to the sharks though!

Accountability: Ended up missing dinner last night but had protein with my tea so at least got that in.

QOTD: I swam with stingrays but not intentionally - they were wild and moving through an area where we were snorkeling. It was very cool!

Nope would never want to swim in the water with any animals.

I live at the beach. I don't go in the water.

I guess that is one of my fears I need to let go.

My wife bought me chocolates for Valentine's Day! Fortunately they are small 70+ dark. My favorite is Trader Joe's mini dark chocolate peanut butter cups! I try to have a piece or two each day! It feels like having a "real" treat!
