Quick post as I get ready for food pantry. QOTD track and measure all your food using an app or --like me--a pen and notebook. I still do this every day at almost 51/2 years out.. Lily and I did our 4 miles already(it was 15) and I'll do another mile after dinner dishes are done. Post op 5 years 5.25 months and weight at 118.2 today. Accountability good on plan and no extra bites taken. Heres todays food B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 31/2 oz deli turkey and cheese 3 baby carrots D 31/2 oz smoked sausage 1/2 sweet potatoes S 2 oz graze protein mix (180 cal). Have a great day everyone and make the choices to get a new healthier you!

I know we posted our go-to foods one day last week or the week before. But I'm going to try to find a Trader Joes this weekend near Atlanta. Can you all post your favorites again, I can't find them.

Thanks again!

Everything but the bagel seasoning and the frozen turkey burgers are my must-haves. ETA: the Chile lime chicken burgers.

I love most things from TJ's. Every week I get steak, pork chops, fresh salmon (Herb Mustard) and lots of fruit and veggies. I also like their packages of lunch meat too. Some of my favorite frozen foods are the Hodge Podge frozen veggies, Soy Ginger cod, Vera Cruz swai, chicken tenders, meatballs, cauliflower crust pizza, mixed seafood, pre-cooked shrimp, salmon, tuna and Mahi Mahi "burgers", and turkey burgers. I also eat alot of their chicken sausages, particularly the sun dried tomato.

Have fun and I hope you find lots of new things!

I do love the Mahi Mahi burgers. Must haves: bagel seasoning, onion Salt (not just onion) Lite Shredded Mozzarella- actually melts, Bacon ends and pieces. Dump in a skillet cut the bigger pieces with a kitchen scissor.... pre cook so I can pull out s little when needed. Their frozen veggies are great as well as frozen fish. Usually good price on spaghetti squash and I like their small Persian cucumbers with bagel seasoning. Their pizza sauce is the only jarred sauce I'll use to make a low carb pita pizza.

Good morning. Doing very well this week. My snacking is way down and still getting better. I'm very happy with how things are going. I'm also the only person in the mid-west right now counting down the hours to the snow event. Come on 10 inches!!!! Snowshoeing tomorrow!!! That will be one of my 3 goals I want to accomplish this year checked off. Can't wait. I haven't snowshoed in 7 years. Other goals - running and roller skating will come in the back half of the year.

QOTD - By now all the good ideas have been shared - Liquid is easy for me now. I found what I love and just always have a drink with me. I mean always. People make fun of me as I go to long meetings with 3 bottles or cups. But it works for me now, as I no longer fear going to the washroom. Man that was an event. I never drank at work because of it.

My desk right now. :)

B - Eggwhites and half egg yolk/1/3 cup protein oatmeal

S - Fage and .3 oz nuts

L - 3 oz chicken burger and small salad

S - .5 oz carrot chips and .5 oz turkey jerky

D - 3.5 oz turkey and small salad

S - SF popsicles

HW 510 / SW 424/ GW 175 (stretch goal to get 10 under) / CW 160 (I'm near the charts ideal weight - wonder if I can stay here)
