I HAVE SHARED MY STORY AN HEARTBREAK. WELL YESTERDAY I WAS ALLOWED TO START MY JOURNEY NO ADDITIONAL SCANS NEEDED. DR ASSURED ME A LOT HAS CHANGED WHEN IT COMES TO SCAR TISSUE. I WANT THE RNY IN MY OPINION ITS STILL THE GOLD STANDARD. LETS KEEP PRAYERS COMING PLEASE AND THANKS EVERYONE THIS SITE IS WONDERFUL. SEMINAR IS 2/22/18

I must admit I do not understand your post. Have you had surgery or are you finally getting approval from insurance to have WLS? Not sure what 14 YEARS TO THE DAY I GOT CLEARED means. Look forward to learning more about you. OH has a great group of vets to educate and guide us, pre & post surgery!

RNY on 02/01/04

hello in 2004 i went to sleep thinking i was having my rny. when woke i was told they aborted surgery due to scar tissue. i hope that clarifies a bit.....fast forward 2018 i was approved to start my rny journey again.
