Any suggestions?

I eat a little sprouted grain bread when I really want a slice. It isn't protein, but it's a healthy version of whole grain. I like the loves that have very thin slices and I freeze it so I can have a slice once a week or so.

I'm not going to lie - I also have an occasional slice of white bread. I live with my sister and she bakes all the bread her family eats and I cave every few weeks and have a slice when it's just cooled enough to cut them.

Only you know where your slippery slope begins. If this is something you can do just once in awhile, it shouldn't hurt you. If this is something that will lead to you failing just walk away ;-)

Fathead dough and its various forms has been a game changer for me. Like Donna said, it's not low calorie, but when I do have the pizza dough, the recipe I bake lasts me for three meals.

I use a recipe that uses coconut flour instead of almond flour.
