Happy Valentine's Day my lovely menu peeps! How is everyone? I am good. The sun has been shining here the last few days, is still cold but its so nice to see the sun out!

Accountability: spot on, had a small pouch day yesterday and didn't eat my banana before the gym or my cheese in the evening

QOTD: If you bumped your car into another car, but nobody saw you do it, would you leave your name and address? Be honest! If I did some real damage to someone's else's car I would leave my contact info, if I bumped their car and there was no mark then I would just leave.

Morning pouch peeps. I actually have time to post today since I'm taking my son to an early appointment.

Accountability: Sucked!! I had carbs yesterday with protein sprinkled in. Two soft pretzels, 2 rolls with butter totally blew my carb count. Add to the mess-- I've gone 40 years with never tasting Cinnamon Toast Crunch- I randomly buy a box and was hooked worse than a heroin addict. I didn't like it with milk- but loved it dry. That cereal will never enter my home again! Funny how I have a plan to manage the cookies, cakes, candy etc- that works for me-- but I STILL find a way to eat carby crap. Lesson learned, moving on.

Qotd: I would leave my info if there was serious damage, but I'd also take pictures since people are so unscrupulous and may inflict more damage to make $$. I was in a minor fender bender once with a lady who wanted $500 cause she knew that's what the repair would be. I told her to get the estimate and send it to me- never heard from her again.

I need to drop 4# so I need to pay more attention to my calories. I'm on the end of a 7 consecutive day exercise goal, but am working on a huge calorie burn goal for February. I notice when I have a fitness goal my focus shifts away from calories.

207.5 today, 2.9 Years out

m1: protein shake

m2: boiled egg, turkey sausage

m3: roast chicken breast with gravy

m4: Steak & broccoli

alentines tradition: chocolate covered strawberries!

Cinnamon Toast Crunch is the devil! I could eat a box in a day (breakfast lunch and dinner) in college. Ok so I could probably eat a box a day now, I just haven't actually done so since college because I ate cereal a lot for dinner.

I used to love Cinnamon Toast Crunch too but my pouch will not allow me to have even a few bites of Special K with Strawberries which is my favorite. For reason unknown (maybe the sugar?) I feel ill after just a couple spoonfuls. I still longingly look at in the store.

Happy Valentine's Day! I'm up before my alarm partly from restlessness and the other part because my cat was STARVING and singing the sad song of her people at 4:30 AM. My alarm normally goes off at 5:15. Sigh.

I colored my hair purple for surgery. I originally wanted a more rebellious bright purple (my surgeon gives 4 weeks off, and that's 4 weeks I don't have to look professional at work!), but decided I didn't want to bleach my hair to get that effect, so it's more like purple tinted ;) photo below

QOTD: like you, Daisy, I would check for damages and if there was nothing, I'd let it be. If I scratched them, I'd wait for them to return to their vehicle so I could tell them.

Menu: clears today. My surgeon recommended the isopure clears for protein. Then nothing, not even water after 10 PM tonight but I do have to put on a nausea earpatch that gives you terrible cottonmouth so I'm kind of dreading that. I've never had nausea after anesthesia, but this is a different kind of surgery so we'll see!

Lol I used to have rainbow hair all the time until I started teaching and tamed it down. Blue, hot pink, fuschia...I no longer teach but I have been in professional settings ever since
