Happy Friday Menu Makers! Its Photo Friday - Open Topic. Let's to a "Before & After" in a couple of weeks. I am thinking on Friday March 16th, in two weeks we do that, what do you all think. What's everyone up to this weekend? Saturday hubby and I are going to the gym in the morning and then we are going over to our BFFs house for dinner. Not much else, hopefully some downtime, both hubby and I have had really stressful weeks the last two weeks at work and some personal things and we both need some relax time.

Accountability: a friend at work bought me a skinny vanilla latte from Starbucks, it was yummy! And I ate bacon and cheese for dinner instead of shrimp.

QOTD: Would you rather be invisible or be able to read minds? I would choose to be invisible. I have one of those minds that never shuts off so there is constant chatter in my head so there is no way I want to hear what others are thinking as it would just overwhelm me.

Time since surgery 4 yrs + 3 months

B: decaf for days with vanilla PP used as creamer then two baby bel cheese and some mini carrots

L: tandoori chicken skewer with hot sauce (take out from work)

S: Better than Coffee energy bar

D: 4 BBQ chicken wings

S: two baby bel and 4 slices of bacon

TOTALS: 964 calories, 106 protein, 27 carbs

V: patches are on plus extra oral Dry D3 and B12

E: rest night

Have a wonderful restful weekend everyone, see you back here on Monday bright and early

My photo Friday is a pic of me, little Daisy when I was about 4 or 5 years old in my bedroom listening to my record player. I loved music then as I do now and I used to spend hours in my room just listening to records. Note the "Kentucky Fried Chicken" bucket in the background, I used to keep all my crayons in there!

Hi Baby Daisy! So cute! You inspired me to show Baby JB--catching my first fish :)

You guys--today is just messing me up. I have been gearing up for a huge training that is over a year in the making. I have been working so hard on writing it, and frankly I really hoped that after everyone was trained, it would solve a lot of our problems! But Boston is under another huge storm warning for another Bombogenesis storm with hurricane force winds and high ocean surges that will flood roads, so I had to make the decision to cancel the training. I am SOOO disappointed.

Accountability: I drank so much yesterday--probably over 150 oz, and I think I finally got myself rehydrated. But I didn't really eat much, again. I was in a 4.5 hour meeting and forgot to bring my lunch in, so I did snack on some Chex Mix, but my protein count was basically nil.

QOTD: I don't think I want to do either. I don't think it would benefit me to know what people are doing or thinking in private at all, and I am sure I don't want to know...

So sorry that you had to cancel your training. It is horrible when you've put in alot of work and it doesn't happen. Hopefully you can reschedule. Also great picture!

So sorry you had to cancel, but it sounds like MA is going to get hit hard. Here in PA we don't have to worry about flooding today (I actually had to brush about an inch of snow off my car this morning), but the winds are crazy. With all the rain we've had in the last week, there will probably be lots of downed trees and possible loss of power. UGH! I guess this means that March is coming in like a lion, SO it WILL go out like a lamb, right?

Look how cute you are! Sorry about your cancelled meeting! It sucks to work so hard on something and have it cancelled at the last minute! Hopefully you can get it set back up soon.

Good Friday morning menu folks! That wind is brutal here! I was awake a few times listening to the wind and comforting our cats who were freaking out from the roaring. The office is closed today because of the wind and most of the trains are closed or delayed because of trees down and wind. Glad that I don't have to go out although I will do a couple of hours of work-related reading until either the wifi or the power go down...

This is me at 7 months. Wasn't I cute?

Menu:

Breakfast: ham, 1 pancake

Snack: Fuzzy Navel protein shake, cantaloupe, almonds

Lunch: chicken breast, baby carrots

Snack: turkey breast, apple, cashews

Dinner: roast beef, cauliflower

Snack: Quest bar

Exercise: probably won't go out since the winds are so dangerous. May walk on the treadmill a bit
