Morning Liz and fellow AMAW/CAMAW members, I am doing CAMAW due to Premier Protein and cheese but otherwise its all meat!

B: decaf/decaf/decaf with vanilla PP used a creamer then can of tuna with balsamic dressing

L: 4.9 oz of grilled chicken breast with bbq sauce

S: 4 slices of bacon and 2 baby bel cheese

D: 4 oz of grilled pork chops with bbq sauce

S: Skyr yogurt

TOTALS: 1064 calories, 146 protein, 18 carbs

Hi Everyone, Just thought I'd pop in to see if other strict AMAW people want to share what they are eating this week so I can get a little inspiration!? I've only ever done CAMAW and losing cheese and eggs is really blowing my mind. I didn't know how much I relied on those as staples until I tried to plan a menu without them!

Here is what I planned today:


  • High Weight before LapBand: 200 (2008)
  • High Weight before RNY: 160 (2015)
  • Lowest post-op weight: 110 (2016)
  • Maintenance Weight: 120 (2017-2019)
  • Battling Regain Weight: 135 (current)

Wow!.... so I must have been blt-ing quite a bit!... because right now I am white knuckling staying spot on my eating plan!!! and it's only 11:10am! Not the end of the world or my CAMAW but interesting.... hmmmm. Acknowledging this and writing it down just helped immensely....thanks Liz and OH.

L: ****gg salad mixed with 1/2 oz tuna, 2 tsp mayo, horse radish mustard and hot sauce

S: 1/2oz prosciutto diparma, 3oz turkey

D: 3oz grilled smoked ham, 2oz grilled top sirloin

S: ostrim meat stick

Calories:720, Carbs:7, Protein:96
