I so wish I had a closet like this!!! I organize my clothing by type and sleeve length/overall length.

Good afternoon. The weather on the Cape wasn't nearly as disastrous as Boston yesterday luckily. And now in the late afternoon today it is gorgeous with low humidity and a breeze.

I spent the morning booking fall trips and making calls. Still waiting for some call-backs at 4 in the afternoon... We did go kayaking in the middle of the day, but the stupid wheels we use to get our kayaks to the pond are not working well (keep collapsing). I need something better.

QOTD: To my left is DH sleeping on his deck chair (I am in my deck chair with Justice on my lap).

2 Years, 3.5 months post-op (maintaining at goal for 19.5 months)

Always lots of coffee...

B: eggs, cottage cheese and Canadian bacon

L: tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese

D: Leftover pork kabobs with peppers

S: Nut thins and hummus, yogurt

Hi! The weather was NICE in NoVA today! I ate lunch outside.

QoTD: My big, front bay window, where my cat and I are watching the afternoon traffic go by. I got home before the rest of my family today, which means I got to cook in peace =)

B: 2 slices of turkey rolled up with a big slice of Swiss and a handful of baby spinach.

L: (Unplanned) Wegmans Skinny Lobster Roll Sushi (no rice, and only 150 calories, but still more carb ratio than I would have liked... but all my other coworkers grabbed pizza, and I resisted!

S: Lemon Bulletproof bar (first time-- not bad!)

D: Greek turkey Burger with Tzatiki sauce, Parmesan baked zuchinni, and a couple of cherry tomatoes.

I've been exercising Mon thru Sat for 3 weeks now (strength training, about 40 mins or so a day) but Wednesday-- today-- is super cardio day. I keep losing and finding the same pounds again! I'm still super sore from the BodyPump class I tried "just for fun" on saturday. LOL! I'm sticking around 155. My lowest after RNY was 130. I want to get back there so badly!

I got my esophageal Manometry study today for the Nocturnal GERD I'm getting so bad now I wake up spewing fire, inhaling, and actually running a temp the next day or so from (and, last time, a lung infection out of it too). I've been thru the mill with tests to see what's up-- so far, I know I have a haital hernia and GERD... which I never had before RNY. Found out my bariatric doc has no appts available for a month to discuss next steps on fixing it. Sigh...

Hello everyone,

I was at work at 5am this morning so I was really hoping to leave work early so I could get to the pool to swim laps but no dice! I am exhausted on only 3 hrs sleep. I would probably sink to the bottom of the pool.

I see the guy with the 1200 calorie a day diet plan disappeared and so did his post. No one on this forum was willing to buy into his plan with way too many calories and carbs, all of us are too smart for that.
