I am in Canada and I actually order my bariatric vitamins from the US. They have been recommended by our Bariatric Centre here in Kingston, ON.
www.procarenow.com - bariatric one a day (capsules & chewable), this also has the vit. d & iron needed.
I take 1 in the morning and add a calcium after lunch & after supper.

Met with my surgeon this morning, Dr Zevin at Hotel Dieu in Kingston, ON. All is well, I start Optifast on March 27th with surgery scheduled for April 17th.
