Congrats on the loss. I can say that I personally stayed within the same 3 lbs from months 8-9 (Thanksgiving and Christmas) and it was frustrating at times. I am now almost 10 months out and have lost another 5 lbs in THREE DAYS!!! I started logging my food again and I think it made a difference for me. Whenever I hold myself accountable for what I eat I make better choices and have less chances of "slipping".
I agree I love my RNY and it has been an amazing ride thus far... only 11 lbs to goal for me!!!

I use Upcal D. It's a powder and I add it to a little water and just drink it down. It doesn't taste bad at all. I get it from amazon.com .

Yes. And I am on birth control which made it even more annoying. The weird cycles lasted for about 4 months post op and now for the last 2 months we've been back on track.

It's so interesting to see how differently ever doctor does things. My surgeon used dissolving stitches and some sort of glue that slowly washed off in water or dried up or something 
. So I never had a leaking issue.
Hope it clears up soon for you. It sounds like it could be quite annoying.

When I was bigger and still now I try to always put on a little makeup even if it's just lipgloss and do my hair. But there have always been days, and still are days, where I'll throw on a pair of my husband's basketball shorts and a tee shirt and run to the store etc. And i think I still look good! It's all about perception and confidence to me, and I'm just as confident in sweats as I am all dolled up .

Mine have been in my jewelry box for about 3 months now. After they fell off once at a friends house and I made everyone get down on the floor to look for them I decided to just put them away for now. I think I am going to get ring guards for them for now... but I see new upgrades in my future
