Ha! I'm down about 125 lbs and still have belly fat... and I'm about 5 lbs from my goal weight. Just.. ! I see lipo in my future lol!
Congrats on the loss. I can say that I personally stayed within the same 3 lbs from months 8-9 (Thanksgiving and Christmas) and it was frustrating at times. I am now almost 10 months out and have lost another 5 lbs in THREE DAYS!!! I started logging my food again and I think it made a difference for me. Whenever I hold myself accountable for what I eat I make better choices and have less chances of "slipping".
I agree I love my RNY and it has been an amazing ride thus far... only 11 lbs to goal for me!!!
