Topic: RE: How do I get more protein at 2wks out? i was not feeling well but once i started giving myself enough protein i have done a turnaround.. i found a protein powder that i like, no flavor and i sprinkle 15ml which is 1 tablespoonfull on my meals, so if i have a 1/4 cup of soup i add it i will also have yogurt or unsweetened apple sauce and i add it to that . in the morning i add it to my cream of wheat.. for my snacks i am allowed 1/4 to 1/2 cup of protein drink..what a difference getting the protein in makes.. you said you were eating carbs, i am not sure what carbs you would be eating the first 2 weeks i am only allowed no sugar added jello,no sugar added pudding, cottage cheese, cream soups strained, no sugar added ice cream, unsweetened jello, cream of whea****er, soon i will be going to the puree stage which will be more fun.. the soft foods.. good luck.. hope everyone has helped you some what.. stephanie
