Topic: RE: How do you recover from a bad day of eating?

I so needed to read this. I have been having a pity party and this weekend I ate everything in sight in small increments of course but it was still stuff that I know I didn't need. I haven't even bothered getting on the scale because I don't want to see my failure but I know I need to hold myself accountable. So I'm gonna get back on plan and get back on the losers bench.

B: cup of yoplait greek yogurt with a scoop of protein mixed in

L: pouch of tuna creations Herb and garlic(I'm obsessed with these 110 cal and 16 gr of protein)

D: Boneless skinless chicken breast w/sauteed squash, zucchini and red onions

S: cup of sugar free jello

My favorite go to food is the pouches of flavored tuna fish. My favorite is the smoked and the garlic herb. One pouch is 2.6 ounces, has anywhere from 80-110 calories(depending on flavor), has 16-18 grams of protein and only $1.25 per pouch at Wal Mart. Boil an egg and only use the white for extra protein and I use a squirt of mustard and eat it straight from the pouch...LOVE IT!!!

I can't believe it myself. I am little anxious because I don't have to go bac****il Dec. 2013 but I think with the support I've been getting I'll be okay. Thank you so much for your kind words.

Awww thank you so much. As I read each response my eyes are welling up with tears because this has been such an amazing journey and I know its just the beginning.

Thanks to multimom who told me how to add pics here they are. My before picture was taken March 2011 589 lbs and my after taken on Thanksgiving 2012 383, just about 2 weeks before my 1 year anniversary...
