Concerns

Just wanted to know if anyone has sleep apnea, and had success with weight loss after the Gastic Sleeve sugery without the use of the cpap machine.  I have tried numerous times to wear the machine, and I just feel like I'm suffocating, and just can't do it.  Just wondering if this may be the reason why I'm not losing like I thought I would.  Any help is appreciated.

I have used a CPAP for years prior to surgery, I feel no discomfort and I actually look forward to wearing it when I get to bed because I'm knocked out in minutes.  All the symptoms I had from sleep apnea prior to wearing the CPAP were gone after I started using it.  I'm only three weeks post-op and of course I still use it, give it another try, your sleep quality will improve incredibly.
