Advice on Laser Tattoo Removal?

Hi guys! I just came across this site and it is awesome I'm glad I found it. My friend had her surgery over a year ago. She has lost a lot of weight and is now wanting to get rid of an old tattoo that she had and replace it with another one. We both checked out this video the other day showing a laser tattoo removal treatment. It looked really cool and effective but she is nervous about the pain. We do not know anyone who has ever received treatments so any advice would be appreciated!!!
