Starting a business, tax write offs?

Anyone happen to know...I am starting a wonderful singing telegram business and was wondering if I get a breast augmentation, tummy tuck and thigh lift (partially for the roles I will be playing such as Marilyn Monroe and Mae West) is there any way to write the cosmetic surgery off as a business expense? Also, looking for good costumes if anyone has connections or ideas. Thanks a bunch! Miss Molly

Just saw your post. Don't know about the "write offs"...sounds logical to me, but you'd better ask your accountant!! As for the costumes...where are you? Isn't Arroyo Grande south of Palmdale somewhere? Daisy's Costumes in Lancaster is really great. If she doesn't have what you need...she'll make 'em! Stagedoor Debbie
