Hi Everyone, There doesn't seem to be a lot of post here so hopefully someone will respond. 10 weeks ago I had Lap Ds and plan to return to driving in a couple of weeks. I was wondering in anyone has had WLS and actually returned to driving OTR. Did anyone have any problems? or was it easy. Thanks Katie

Hey Jim!!!! I have been lurking this board for over a year and hoping someone would post!!!! I'm a "semi-retired" driver myself. I've been out of the truck for about 9 months. I'm doing the office thing for now. I hope everything went well with your surgery!!!! It's an incredible journey. I'm 3 months out and down 75 pounds.!!! I wish you didn't have to go back into the truck over the road only because it is very hard on our bodies. Please just take your time going back and make sure you are healed inside and can get your eating down. I am still having problems and have been hospitalized twice since my surgery. I'd love to go back to driving again, but now I found out I have to have foot surgery on 9/14 and my foot will be in a cast and on crutches for 3 weeks!!! Man I'm not looking forward to that. If you have any questions about your surgery or anything, just email me!!! Congrats again~~~ Carmella -75lbs in 3mo
