Will Be My Third Vacation In Post-op Of VSG.
11 weeks from today (09/04/2013) I'll be going on vacation for a third timein post-op of my VSG surgery. I'll be going to Gold Canyon, Arizona for a few days in November (20th to the 24th), this is a much needed vacation.I went to Arizona twice last year. The first time I went to Arizona it was my a dream come true for me, I wanted to visit Arizona for the last few years now. There are other parts of Arizona that I still want to visit and I hope I get the chace to do it one of these days. I'm enjoy life now since I had weight loss surgery. I just need some R & R and some time to myself away from the city that I live in.
Highest Weight: 565 pounds (around 1999), Highest BMI: 94
Pre-op Weight: 476.40 pounds (2 weeks before {05/25/2010} VSG surgery), Pre-op BMI: 79.3
