How far out were you when you started losing hair?
I thought that most people started having hair loss at about three months. I'm only six or seven weeks out but in the past several days I seem to be finding an awful lot of hair on my computer keyboard and occasionally in my face. It's still not enough that I'm sure it's WLS related, but it definitely wasn't doing this before. I haven't been too worried about hair loss, because my hair is fairly thick anyway, but I'm a little suprised and some input would be appreciated. Did it start that early for anyone else?

I started to notice large amounts of loss at about 2.5 months out and it slowed around 6 months. But to reassure you, no one noticed but me. I'm currently 9 months out (today!) and I have lots of regrowth (with the humidity, I can look like a puffball!). When I had my hair recolored (after 8 weeks) last week, my hairdresser commented that my roots were about 2 inches long. 2 inches of growth in 8 weeks is pretty freaking amazing!
So, hang in there. Keep the protein up and all will be ok!

Mine started to fall out at 2.5 months and quit at about 6 months. I have little whispys now where it's growing back. It was never enough for anyone to notice except me...not to worry, it's only temporary...
