SO I lost 10 lbs but I haven't lost any inches. when before when I was 180 I would fit in a size 14 and that wasn't that long ago. I was 180 and size 14 last yr before I gained all my weight back :( has any one else experienced it? and is it normal?

I know my weight / size ratio is tremendously different than what it used to be.  10 years ago at a size 18 I weighed  approx 225. right now i have on a pair of 16 and weigh 241. So I don't think we should be comparing to our "old" selves. I know my weight is coming off differently than it ever has before. Blessings on your journey!

Yes, and my ass is living proof! I'm at my lowest adult weight and still can't get into clothes that I wore when I was heavier!

High weight: 276

Lowest weight: 155.2

No,I don't think it is possible to lose weight but not inches. Eventually, you have to lose inches cause that is what is making up our measurements...layers of fat under the skin and on top of the muscles.

Sooner or later you will lose inches. I say forget the old clothes, they mean nothing anymore...Move on to the new and don't look back...

You have to use a tape measure. I swear the weight is coming off places I dont care about like my neck and ankles. My arms aren't going anywhere.

Body type makes a difference too. I was 233 and wore 20 pants. Now I can get in a 18 at 208.

You might not notice too much after 10 lbs.  Early on I noticed I was geting smaller in places that I didn't measure.  Like my neck, my back, my forearms, ankles, etc.  It's hard to go by sizes, even in the same brand they can vary. I have Levis jeans in a 12 that are just starting to get loose, but a Levis skirt in a 6 that fits great. I reached my goal June 1 and have leveled off a few pounds under, I am still losing inches.  Nice perk!
