I am almost two weeks post surgery. I have been having a lot of itching at my surgery sites. Has anyone else had this? What gives relief?

Please help!

That's fairly normal.  If the incisions are red, hot to touch or draining, you noeed to report it to the MD.  Itching is common around 10 days to 2 weeks.  Not much you can do about it.  It will pass.

I had that happen and I got some cortozone itch creme with aloe and it helped me!

Good luck :)

I tried the Cortozone itch cream with aloe, it worked on the itching, but I believe I'm allergic to it, because the redness around my incisions became more red and quite a bit larger.  Now, I'm just dealing with the itching.

hmm well that stinks...maybe you could try a spray or something to soothe the itchiness... I know it drove me crazy when I had that happen!
