Oily Urine

I am 4 weeks out and have noticed my urine has a oily/greasy film on top. Is this the "fat" leaving the body or is this something I should be concerned about? I googled the symptoms and seen everything from bad kidneys or ketones (not sure what they are). If you have experienced  oily greasy urine please share? I am finally getting my 48-64oz of fluid, calorie intake is around 350-500, haven't skipped my vitiamans, exercise regularly ...

not sure, but please call your doctor.  if you were to say dark urine, i would say your dehydrated.
I dont know about oily urine.  again please call your doctor.

I get that every time I up my fat in my food.
too much butter, olive oil, etc.

I know that's why I get it but you should journal your food intake and then talk to your health professional.

P.S.
When I get it, I know I ate wrong...(sigh)

I never noticed that -  BUT, I do notice that when I am losing weight I am also urinating more than usual, even with fairly constant levels of hydration / carbs / exercise - so it is good to get it checked out, but it might be just shedding ketones, which means you are burning fat, which is great!

When I was on thyroid medication, that would happen to me fairly regularly.

It's fat.  Early out, it looked like there were oil slicks floating in the john.  The fat's gotta come off and out of you somewhere!  It'll stop after awhile.  I always took it as a good sign that the fat was leaving the building, so to speak.
