Well today is a day like any other in my household hetic. !4 yr old had shoulder surgery (softball pitcher) tore out shoulder during basketball. She tried to tell the idiots they where not warming up enough  they told her to get with the program not understanding that as athletic as she was she had been on a great warm up program due to softball for years. So with all this going on I didn't snap when I got on scale this a m I was at goal !!!! went to record weight and up popped weight goal reached so taking a moment to say yeah me. I started at 318 size 26 I am 5 8 and now my 10s are very loose .On the 10th will be starting my 12th month out with 3-10 being a year out . My bmi shows normal weight for me 164 high end but I think I need to stop here I dont want to look sick and I think now that with much more loss I wouldnt benefit but just have to wait and see what my body thinks this month with a week to go I still lost 8 pounds this month. Well enough rambling for now . Agin Yeah me

WOW what a time to reach your goal!! Stress and all that came to a screeching halt at the bathroom scales. Proud for you and hope your daughter gets better quickly!!!

That is so incredibly encouraging!  I can't imagine how awesome that must feel but I'm hoping to very soon! 10 months = AWESOME!  I'm curious too, what is your regular meal plan like.  I'm in pre-op liquid diet right now, surgery on 2/16.  My start weight is a little higher than yours but I can tell you that if I ever see a sz 10, I'll feel like a million bucks! Great job & keep up the excellent work.  Best wishes on your daughter's recovery too!
