I'm  hanging in there.  I 'm still in pain but I'm sure it will be worth it in a few months. Everything went great.   I've been to go potty alone. Now after meds at 10 I'm off to walk in the hall.

The pain will lessen every day, Shannon.  Hang in there.  Walk a few times and try to go further each walk.

You're on your way!

Great you have already lost 30. Amazing way to go.  I lost 16-17 before and wanted to lose 80-90.  So now I only have 70 left to go.

YEAH YOU !!! Give yourself a couple weeks to feel lousy ! Pamper yourself and be gentle with yourself. And....I'll scoot over on the loser's bench and make room for you !

Congratulations! You're doing great! Keep it up but take it one step at a time. Don't overdo yourself. Keep posting how you're doing!

I was sleeved a day before you, on the 6th. Trust that by your 2nd day out the clouds will clear a little more and you will feel like you again! I wanted to check in here on the forums the day of my surgery but that sure as heck wasnt happening! Yesterday I was sleepy most of the day, the anesthesia side-effect, I'm sure, but today...woah.....it feels like a brand new day! The worst is really over. Now its time to listen to our body and to mind the sleeve. Focus on your liquids and on walking.
Hang in there :)

I have had water, ice and a small sugar free jello. Or should I say half.   I'm feel less sore now that I walked some.  I have always been able to go to the bathroom myself.  I do feel better after I walked the hospital floor.  I'm headed home in a few.  I slept on and off yesterday.  Last night and today dying for sleep.  I know it time it will work its self out.
