True, but I really eat them to substitute for a crunchy munchy very rarely, not for the protein count. Good to know though, thanks.

No they are not.....says it on the label.......DO NOT  count them in your daily protein intake!  ....but they are low carb crunchy goodness and a great substitute for chips!  Yummy pig skin!!

OMG.... I READ THIS POST YEST...THEN, LAST NIGHT I HAD A  DREAM THAT I WAS IN THE STORE BUYING, PORK RINDS...LMAO HAD TO SHARE !!!!!!
