NSV - coping with stress

ARGHHH!!! Work is insanely, horribly stressful right now. And, odds are, the stress won't let up for a few months.

The good thing is- the stress isn't causing me to reach for food, like it used to- YAY!    I am trying to cope with the stress by keeping up with my workout routine (whi*****ludes some yoga).  I definitely think working out is helping. I am eating on plan, and recording my food.  However, I do wish I could make myself sleep more than 5-6 hours a night :(  Apparently, stress makes me wake up early now...

Hang in there and keep using these great new tools and techniques to deal with the stress!
