Girl - you are going to get my straight talk now. You gotta PLAN better. And we met at 2 - you gotta EAT and breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You are going to screw with your metabolism by not eating.
For me, I really have to get away from making social outings revolve around food - that used to be a big problem for me with my friends. "lets just eat and drink all the time" - so right now, I'm learning to find ways to have social outings that aren't about food. Obviously, if it's more than a couple hours, we are going to have to eat, but it's hard when everyone is on a different eating schedule.
My challenge to you - make a schedule for eating, plan your meals for the day in advance, and stick to it. Same with your water - I bet you'll feel better :)
And then, you will be designated captain of the next meet up!
