Good Bye 200's

HI Everyone,

I did it, I am so excited.  As of this morning, I am now 199, so GOOD BYE 200's.  I have not been below 200 for 15 years.

My son is 16 1/2 and after he was born the weight just kept coming on.  It was hard for me because before my son, I would do road races, and I liked to execrise, after the weight came on it got harder.

Again, I am so excited.  I could not sleep much tonight, because we have a bad rain storm here, so all the thundering kept me up, and I am sure a lot of other people as well tonight. There will be a lot of tired people going into work this morning.  (lol)

I just had to share this with you guys, if there are any people out there that can understand this, it is all you guys on this website.

Congrats!  199 is my goal!  Well, it should be lower than that... but it has always been my goal.  :)
