Pre-B: lots of coffee w/a little creamer
B: plain non-fat greek yogurt w/ 1 T sf preserves
S: 2 oz cheese
L: inside of 1/2 philly cheese steak wrap (steak, cheese, peppers, onions)
S: raw carrots & celery w/ 1T lite dill dip
D: chicken fajita meat
water: 40 oz done, 40 oz to go
vites: done
exercise: rest day

L: More antipasto salad (I have a salad problem right now! It's all I want to eat)
S: Maybe a few bites of the salad again ha
D: I am unsure, it wont be salad...I dont think ha. I might make some jalapeno poppers wrapped in bacon. Not sure. Or a shrimp lettuce wrap.
S: a protein shake possibly or Isopure
