Happy weekend!  It's cold and overcast here, which stinks, because I was going to go on an outdoor training run (for my upcoming 10k) with a friend this morning.  But it's just too cold.  So I ran on the dreadmill instead.  

Pre-workout B: coffee w/sugar free creamer, half protein bar
Post-workout B: one scrambled egg w/ 1/2 slice of cheese
L: leftovers from Italian dinner last night... 2.7oz of filet and 2T cheese risotto
S: greek yogurt
D: 3 oz pork country ribs (crockpot smells so good right now!), some type of veggie
S: other half of protein bar

water: 55oz done, 25oz or more to go
vites: all done except calcium
exercise: ran 3 miles, may walk the dogs later if it warms up

My neighbors dog woke me up again.  Left her door open, and its right by my bedroom window.  I am moving on Tues to a new apt, hopefully quieter.  I have a bad back and woke up at 4 a.m. in pain.  So I went back to sleep about 7 a.m., and the dog woke me up at 10 a.m.  I am trying not to eat because i HATE IT WHEN I USE FOOD TO FEEL BETTER!  I am moving to another apt on Tuesday!!!  

B: coffee with French Vanilla creamer
water, zero water, 
S: egg
L: meatballs
S: cottage cheese and strawberries
D: fish and veggies
S: water

Lord help me to not eat due to frustration........

UGH. Waking up with a sore back or neck is the worst. Throws off the whole day. Thankfully there is Recovazon – no chemicals, just good old-fashioned Mother Nature helping us out with the pain relief we need to get through the day. http://bit.ly/Jp9DMF

Sorry to hear about the cold! It's warm here, but allergies are driving me crazy!!

B- egg & egg white omlet w/ 1 sausage (turkey)

S-Decaf w/ 3 creamers

L- turkey w/ mayo

I've been horrible today

B: 1 cup whole milk w/2 cups of coffee
S: 1/2 a protein shake
L: 1/3 slice of pizza from Costco...crust and all (sigh)
S: Trail mix - about 2/3 cup ( very sad...just looked at the calories for this...not good)
D: Steak and green veggie

20 oz of fluids not nearly enough
Vites: done
Exersize...nothing today just working out in the garden (sigh)

This is just not going to look good on the scale tomorrow.
