D: leftover pork country ribs and leftover meatloaf

**please note that I'm in maintenance - some of this stuff was not my weight loss eating plan

vites: all done but calcium
exercise: power yoga tonight

B: hard boiled egg
S: greek yogurt
L: low carb tortilla with 3 slices turkey, 1/4 cup cheese, 1 tsp mustard, and pickles
S: string cheese
S (pre work out): half protein drink
S (post workout): other half of protein drink
D: salad with .5 oz lettuce, 3 slices turkey diced, 1/4 cup cheese, and 1 tbsp black olives

exercise: Bootcamp!!!
water: I'm so busy at work that I keep forgetting to keep drinking so I've fallen behind!
